Dr Finn’s Games is a small independent game publishing company that only publishes games designed by its owner, Steve Finn. The “Dr” in the title refers to Steve’s Ph.D. in philosophy. Aside from being a game designer, Steve is a husband, father of two boys, a philosophy professor, a long-time ultimate player, and short-time table tennis player.

Steve also licenses his game designs to other publishers. His most known game, Biblios, was published by Iello. Biblios has now sold over 40K copies and has been translated into Russian, Greek, Japanese, Chinese and Italian.

He also has worked closely with Pencil First Games to publish 4 games: Herbaceous, Herbaceous Sprouts, Sunset Over Water, and The Whatnot Cabinet. Herbaceous has also been released in multiple languages, including French and Polish.

Dr. Finn’s Games relies on crowdfunding to publish games. Steve is thankful to all of those who have supported him through the years. Without their their support, it is unlikely that many of his games would have been created.
